Yes! These items may be machine washed, but the battery and LED strips must be removed by unsnapping the two snaps that hold the battery in place and then sliding the LED strips out of the LED sleeves.
The battery only weighs about 1 ounce and is USB rechargeable.
It only takes 1.5 hours to fully charge Nite Beams™, and a full charge will last approximately 10 hours in constant mode and 14 hours in flashing mode.
Yes, we do offer this service to our customers, however, there is a nominal charge as it is not something that we do in-house. Instead, we send the items to a local screen printer as a courtesy to our customers.
Yes, we do offer other colors besides what we stock. For custom orders there are minimum quantities that must be ordered depending on the color/colors and the item ordered.
Yes, this can be done but must be requested via phone order or email.
At this time, we have not had our products tested to see if they are intrinsically safe.
We do not currently offer our products in FR but are working on developing an FR line in the near future.
We ship all in-stock orders received by 2pm EST the same day. Any orders placed after 2pm EST will be shipped the next day.
Although this is our goal it is not always possible as sometimes the power button will get activated during shipping. So, it is always a good idea to give your items a full 1.5 hour charge before first use to ensure maximum functionality.
Yes, each individual item ordered will come with it’s own charging cable.
